Have you found a Zyra Miami item you absolutely must have? Wonderful!
Now select a color and/or size and click ‘add to cart’. Of course, you can continue shopping—you can always return to your cart by clicking the ‘cart icon’ in the top right corner.
Note: Items in your cart are not reserved. Finished shopping? It’s time to complete your order. Click the ‘cart icon’ at the top right to review your Zyra Miami items. On the next screen, adjust quantities if needed, then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. You’ll land on the payment page, where you can easily fill in all your details at once.
Important: Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, as we process it immediately to ensure the fastest delivery.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Zyra Miami covers all shipping fees. You pay nothing for delivery.
Returns are paid by the customer.
2. CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Yes! All orders include Track & Trace. Monitor your order via the status page—you’ll receive the link via ✉️ info@zyra-miami.com as soon as your order ships. Note: Tracking updates may take a short time to appear.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Zyra Miami prioritizes fast delivery. Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays are typically processed the same day. Many items ship directly from suppliers, so average delivery times are 10–15 business days.
4. WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
If delivery fails, your package will be held at a local post office for 7 days. You’ll receive a notice from the carrier with pickup details. After 7 days, it’s returned to our warehouse.
5. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address. We process orders quickly, so address changes are only possible briefly after ordering. Contact us immediately if you’ve entered the wrong address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We’re not liable for lost/stolen packages. If Track & Trace shows delivery but you haven’t received it, file a report. The postal service will investigate 14 days after the marked delivery date, and we’ll update you until resolved.
