If you have received incorrect or defective items, please contact us at ✉️ info@zyra-miami.com for further discussion. If you are unsatisfied with the received items, you may return them to us within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and resalable.

After return, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used, opened, or not in their original condition.

● Once your return is approved, ensure the package is properly packed and meets all the following conditions.
● Clearly mark "Return" on the outer packaging.
● Use an insured and trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
● Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to ✉️ info@zyra-miami.com.
